What an Honor!

Wood Medallion

Wood Medallion

Awhile back I was contacted by Al Navas, owner of Sandal Woods Fine Woodworking & Cabinetry, out of St. Joseph, Missouri, to see if I could help him create a logo as well as a signature medallion he could insert in his finished pieces. The above photo shows what we came up with. You can also see it in a short video that Al made and posted to his blog. He contacted me not long ago and told me about the video. I was thrilled to see my work online! As if that wasn’t enough, Al sent me an e-mail tonight telling me that I was featured on his blog! You can read the article here: http://sandal-woodsblog.com/2008/08/29/spotlight-elle-z-designs/ How cool is that?!

Once our wedding is over, I can’t wait to get back to business! THIS is why I love doing what I do. I cannot tell you how great it feels to start with an idea and craft it into a finished piece that all parties enjoy and are proud of. If only there were more hours in the day… :-)

Many thanks Al! :-)
