For those of you who don’t know, I’m a bit untraditional, I love color, personalized and unique elements. I may or may not get this crazy with our cake (can I Andy, huh? HUH? PUH-LEASE???!!) , but I sure love looking at all the wonderful creations people have made so I thought I’d share some with you.

Possible Locations
We really like Tanglewood in Bettendorf, IA but there will likely be a lot of out of towners who would appreciate a hotel location. So we’re looking into using the chapel at Tanglewood then maybe having the reception at the Rock Island Holiday Inn in the District. The earliest date they both have available is November 1, 2008, which might be okay.
Any suggestions on ceremony and/or reception locations?

My beautiful ring – Good job Andy!
No date has been set, but we’re shooting for 2008 in the Quad Cities. I’m having a ball looking at ideas online – color schemes, themes, favors, decorations, songs, etc. Yay!! I love planning a wedding!
